Rutger Aalders Regional Director Vicoma Groningen

Rutger has extensive experience and also a broad interest in engineering. Besides his experience at Vicoma Rutger worked for Damen, an international shipbuilding company, for over 16 years. Where he fulfilled various positions, including Head of Department and Senior Project Manager. As a manager Rutger is a real people manager. Rutger himself says: “I am someone who likes to bring people and organisations to a higher level. In recent years at Vicoma I have been able to do this as Manager Mechanical. In my role as Regional Director I am looking forward to work together with the team to continue to build on the future of Vicoma.
