We follow these steps during the procurement process:

• We define the general procurement plan
• We prepare the procurement reports (progress, budget, expected delivery)
• You will receive our purchasing plan for each item
• We prepare the technical data sheets and request them
• On your behalf as the client, we will send the RFQ to the supplier
• Together, we will evaluate the technical and/or commercial bids, with the option of conducting the negotiations as well
• Once the PO has been prepared, we send it to the customer’s purchasing department
• We order the equipment or services. If desired, we can arrange for inspections and final acceptance tests.
