In many cases, a process plant that requires modification by Vicoma also involves structural modifications. With a large team of in-house specialists in civil engineering and architecture, Vicoma can now handle the entire process in-house. Vicoma’s architectural specialists are based at the Sint-Oedenrode office but work throughout the country. Their scope of work is broad, ranging from renovation to new construction projects and from offices to laboratories and production facilities. In addition to extensive experience in inspections, our employees have deep expertise in developing long-term maintenance plans and shaping strategic real estate policies. Vicoma is certified under NEN 2767 to assess the maintenance condition of residential and non-residential buildings and can develop concepts for the sustainable improvement of these properties. Vicoma can also assist with construction supervision, technical oversight, and project management.
