“We’d like to replicate your tried-and-true concept in Den Hoorn. Not literally, of course, but with the same characteristics, so that everyone can see that the building belongs to us.” That’s what Delin Property told us.

Vicoma’s Role
Delin Property, known at Vicoma for its professional approach, had already drawn up a site plan for this project on its own. This time, it was a master plan for two back-to-back lots.
Since one lot was not yet owned by Delin Property, we developed interim plans for “half” of the total proposed project.
After consulting with the municipality, we ultimately drew up a single, optimal master plan. We developed the architectural and structural details of our design and coordinated the permit application.
Result
The desired, distinctive addition to Delin Property’s logistics real estate portfolio in the Netherlands.
With the same features: high-quality, flexible, premium, and future-proof. Ideal for logistics service providers thanks to the selected grid sizes, clear heights, and floor load capacities.
In order to potentially meet the municipality’s “high” parking standard, we positioned the building on the lot in such a way that there would still be space for a possible future parking deck on the east side.
