Vicoma’s Role
Based on our thorough site studies and in-house market analyses, Delin Property determined the optimal use for the lot on Burgemeester Krollaan.
We reviewed this plan and translated it into a preliminary design. During this process, we advised our client to pay attention to various issues related to land-use planning. During the municipal consultation phase, we refined the preliminary design into a final design. Using our architectural and structural drawings and documents, along with supplementary materials from third parties, we prepared the application for an environmental permit. During the pricing and contract negotiation phases, we provided the client with advice and support.
Result
A familiar yet modern expansion of Delin Property’s logistics real estate portfolio in the Netherlands. High-quality, flexible, premium, and sophisticated. Thanks to the selected module sizes, clear heights, and floor load capacities, it is ideally suited for a wide range of logistics service providers.
