About the Project
The municipality of Cranendonck hired us to update and maintain the existing maintenance plans for its municipal real estate. This involved approximately ninety buildings, engineering structures, and war memorials.
Vicoma’s Role
In consultation with the client, Vicoma defined the parameters and identified the key areas of focus. We then inspected all buildings and structures. During this process, we identified the defects and assessed the condition of the structures in accordance with NEN 2767.
Based on the results, we prepared a comprehensive report, including explanatory notes, as well as a long-term maintenance plan for each building or property. In the maintenance plan, we outlined what the building manager should do in the short and long term to maintain the property at the desired level. Addendum: At the municipality’s request, we included provisions to enable the implementation of sustainability measures during routine maintenance.
Result
A clear picture of the current status of municipal real estate. Clear and concrete plans to improve the condition in the short term and ensure it is maintained in the long term. All of this while increasing sustainability and reducing maintenance costs.
