Vicoma’s Role
Delin Property is a professional client and had already drawn up the site plan itself. Being a bit stubborn, we evaluated this plan based on our extensive experience and proposed some alternatives.
Ultimately, this approach led to an optimal site plan thanks to our client’s well-considered decisions.
At the same time, we designed a striking, multifunctional distribution center that reflects Delin’s “look and feel.” We paid special attention to the offices located at the corners of the building.
Vicoma further developed the project and handled the permitting process. We were responsible for both the architectural and structural aspects of the project.
