Integrating a new switching station on a compact site surrounded by existing buildings demands a meticulous approach. Stedin commissioned us to deliver the full architectural design and engineering, including tertiary installations. During the construction phase, we were also responsible for ensuring quality through site supervision and technical support.

In close collaboration with the client and the installation consultant, we developed a design that responded precisely to the station’s operational requirements and reliability needs.
Together, we achieved optimal integration of the station into the site. We coordinated the engineering process, managed construction supervision, and provided oversight throughout the works. Once the new station was completed, part of the old building was demolished; a process we had already prepared through detailed demolition specifications.
Result
A low-maintenance, modern 10 kV switching station has now replaced the previous installation and outdated structure. Thanks to careful planning and integration, the station is easily accessible and ensures safety and operational functionality at every level.
