- We define the overall procurement plan.
- We define the procurement reports (progress, budget, expected delivery).
- You’ll receive our itemised procurement plan.
- We prepare the technical datasheets and request them where needed.
- On your behalf as the client, we send the RFQ to the supplier.
- Together, we evaluate the technical and/or commercial bids, with the option to conduct negotiations as well.
- Once the purchase order (PO) is prepared, we send it to the client’s procurement department.
- We place the order for the equipment or services.
- If desired, we arrange inspections and final acceptance.
