Every year PropertyNL publishes a list containing the top Architects. It highlights the agencies that delivered the most square metres of distribution centres, data centres and corporate housing in the previous year. With 134.060 m2, we are sixth in this list this year with Archicom, a label of Vicoma. And we are proud of that!
Last year, with 63.415 m2, we were ranked 11th in PropertyNL’s list. With sixth place and a whopping 134.060 square metres completed, we are very satisfied this year. We managed to achieve this by delivering several projects in 2022 for clients such as Delin Property and Weerts Group.
Recognisable designs for Delin Property
For Delin Property, we worked on new-build distribution centres in Roosendaal and Gilze. After previous successful collaborations, we were again approached by Delin Property last year. And they asked us to work in Roosendaal on a design for a market-based warehouse. Important aspects for this design are that the building is flexible in its layout and according to the corporate branding. The result was successful and later in the year enough reason for Delin Property to ask us again. The brief: “Give your already tried and successful designs a worthy successor in Gilze”. The result: a recognisable design that fits in well with the client’s portfolio.
We also carried out assignments for two existing sites for this client. New tenants often have their own specific needs and requirements. To meet this, the sites had to be adapted and we therefore delivered the designs for this.
Weerts Group aims to respond flexibly to market with distribution centre
We also worked for Weerts Group on the design for a new distribution centre in Oosterhout. In an earlier interview, our architect Anthony Verhoeven said about this project: “Weerts Logistics Parks wanted to optimise the 125.000 m2 plot and 75.000 m2 gross floor area for its users. To respond flexibly to the market, the building had to be easily split into several units and be equipped with all market-compliant facilities.” Curious to know more?
