Their field of work is broad, ranging from renovation to new construction projects and from offices to laboratories and production buildings. Besides having extensive experience in inspecting, our experts have a great deal of expertise in drawing up long-term maintenance plans and designing strategic property policies. Vicoma is certified to determine the maintenance condition of houses and utility buildings according to NEN 2767 and can develop concepts to sustainably improve this real estate.
